By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly unless stated otherwise) and are non-refundable except where required by law.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We may change prices with reasonable prior notice for forthcoming billing cycles.

• No unlawful, harmful, or abusive behavior.
• No scraping, data harvesting, or rate-limiting evasion.
• No reverse engineering or interference with the Service’s operation.
• Do not submit content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. You grant Fundlane a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, and transmit your content solely to operate and improve the Service.

The Service, including software, designs, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by or licensed to Fundlane and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, or create derivative works.

The Service may integrate with third-party products. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services. Your use of them may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Fundlane disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fundlane will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts paid by you to Fundlane in the 12 months preceding the event.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, liability limits).

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence unless a different jurisdiction is required by mandatory law. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Fundlane is built using a variety of modern tools and platforms. The logos shown on our homepage represent technologies that power or integrate with our product. They are not partners or sponsors, but part of our transparent approach to show what we’re built on.
